In Italy Internet sales are levelled to phone or mail sales and are ruled by D.Lgs. 185 22/05/99. According to this law you have the "right to withdraw", that is the chance to return the item and ask for refund. Customers can exercise his right within 10 working days from the day of delivery.
You'll only be demanded to pay forwarding-back expenses. At the moment of return items must be in perfect conditions. Audio-video and sealed software goods are not returnable once open. To exercise this right you simply have to send to Tools & Co. a written communication. This right is reserved to natural people. So are excluded those purchases made on behalf of businesses or in case of use of a VAT number.
Your communication to withdraw must be done via registered letter with advice of receipt to Tools & Co. Srl, Via Tufarole 21 - 83100 Avellino (Italy) and will be considered in time if sent within the time above mentioned. Your communication can also be sent via fax or telegram within 10 days, but it must be confirmed by registered letter in the next 48 hours.
The right to withdraw is submitted to these conditions:

It's not possible to exercise the right on a single part (fittings, enclosed software) but on the whole item.

You can't exercise it on audio-video goods or sealed software once open.

According to law, we charge forwarding expenses to the customer. We reccomend to effect insurance with delivery receipt on your forwarding because you are responsible until our storehouse receive goods.

In case of damage during carriage Tools & Co. will inform you (within the working day after delivery) in order to allow you to sue your courier for damage and get refund (if item is insured). In this case the item will be returned to you, at your expense, conteporarily cancelling your withdraw request.

Tools & Co. is not responsible for damage or loss in case of not insured back-forwarding.

As soon as the item gets to our storehouse it will be examined to check possible damage not due to carriage. If the original inner/outer packaging is damaged, Tools & Co will deduct 10% of your refund for expenses. Save possible packaging damage Tools & Co. will refund the whole amount to you within 14 days from the date of re-forwarding. It will be up to oyu to give us opportunely your bank data to get your money transfer.
If the essential condition of integrity is missing you lose the right to withdraw (packaging and/or contents) when Tools & Co. makes sure that:

original inner/outer package is missing or damaged;

integrant parts are missing or damaged (firrings, manual, ...)

damage is not attributable to carriage.
In case you lose the right to withdraw Tools & Co. will return the item, with forwarding expenses charged to you.
Renounce.
You have no right to compensation for damage or refund, either contractual or axtra contractual responsibility for direct or indirect damage causet by Tools & Co.'s goods to people or things.
Complaint.
Every complaint must be sent to Tools & Co. Srl, Via Tufarole 21 - 83100 Avellino (Italy)
Law.
Each contract is considered concluded in Italy and ruled by Italian law.
Competent court.
For any possible suit, only the court of Avellino will be competent.
