Prices and availability |
| We are an association/Aeroclub/etc. Is there any discount for us? |
We have some special agreements with Aeroclubs and final users associations. Contact us for more info using the contact form.

| How may I know if an item is available? |
We use a color coded system to indicate the stock status of the items:
AVAILABLE - The item is in stock and will be shipped immediately
SHIPPED IN xx DAYS - The item in on back order (or, for some items, it will be ordered on cutomer order receiving) and will be normally shipped in the time indicated.
NOT AVAILABLE - The item is out of stock and we don't have a precise date of arrival. Is not possible to order those items but you may put it in your Wish List to receive an e-mail as soon as it will be available.

| Is VAT already included in prices? |
Yes, all prices shown on our web site already include Italian VAT (21%)
Actual Italian laws state that all Italian residents (both private and business customers) have to pay VAT.
For orders outside Italy the following rules apply:
EU customers:

Private customers: They have to pay Italian VAT that will be included in the invoice

Business customers: If they provide a valide EU VAT reg. no. the invoice will not include VAT. The customer will pay VAT in its own country upon local regulations.
Extra-EU customers:

All orders to Extra-EU countries will be invoiced excluding VAT. Customer will pay local VAT on arrival of the goods at local Customs office.

Available only for shipments in Italy.
You'll pay for your order to the courier when you'll receive the shipments.

| Bank transfer |
To pay using a bank transfer, select the appropriate option during the check-out process.
Once you will confirm the order, you'll receive our bank details to execute the bank transfer (IBAN and SWIFT). Send us your bank transfer details to help us locating your payment on our account using the e-mail address you'll find in your order confirmation e-mail.
Please, take note that the order will be shipped only after the payment will be received by our bank (usually 3/5 days).
Elapsed a period of 7 days without receiving the payment, the order will be automatically deleted. In the event of a delay, inform us to avoid the order cancellation.

| Credit Card / PayPal |
To pay your order using your credit card or your PayPal account, select the appropiate method in the payment page during the check out process. Once the order is completed, click on the "Pay now" button to be transfered on the PayPal secure server.
If you want to pay with credit card, type the card details in the fields on the left side of the screen. Once completed, wait for the confirmation page.
If you have a PayPal account, you may pay without typing the credit card details. Just insert your e-mail and password on the right side of the screen to access to your PayPal account and send the Payment.
In both cases, the payment process is fast, safe and guaranteed by PayPal.

| I received a damaged or not working item. What to do? |
We inspect every item before the shipment to be sure it's not damaged, by the way, sometime it could happen that something goes wrong.
First, it's important that you inspect the shipment when you receive it. If there is a damage on the box, immediately inform the courier and write a description of the damage on the courier receipt. Shipment damages are under courier liability and you'll have to check with them in case of a refund request.
If the box is in order and you find a broken or not working item, contact us and we'll send you informations on how to send it back. Once received it, we'll verify the problem and we'll repair it under warranty or substitute it at our own expense.
If the damage is a result of improper use we'll contact you back to define how to solve the problem.

| I received a wrong/missed item. What have I to do? |
We do our best to avoid mistakes, but, sometimes, it happens.
If you received a wrong or a missed item, simply contact us. After a brefly verify, we'll ship the missed item and/or the correct one without any charge and as soon as possible.
If you have to return a wrong item, please pack it carefully to avoid shipping damages and write on the box our address that you can find on the invoice included with the shipment.
The courier will deliver the missed goods and/or withdraw the wrong one at your address.

| How can I delete an order? |
If your order han not been already shipped, you can contact us using the contact form or sending us a fax message to delete your order. If you have already paid using PayPal or Credit Card, we'll refund the total amount promptly.
